PASH is absolutely
committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer
service; this includes the protection of your privacy. This
statement outlines PASH's policies relating to the collection,
use and protection of your personal information.
1. Your Personal Information
If you choose to join PASH or register as a Member, participate in a competition
or survey or be included in our mailing list, you are required to provide us
with certain identifying information, such as your name, email address, etc.
When you order or conduct other transactions with us you generally provide
financial details and delivery address and contact details. This information
may be provided to your up-line or nominated PASH Consultant and third party
suppliers as explained below. We also collect information about your transactions
with PASH to understand your preferences. Because we are committed to protecting
you privacy, PASH will not sell or rent your personal information to any other
third party, unless you have provided prior permission for us to do so.
2. Security & Protection of Your Personal
Information
PASH recognizes that your privacy is very important to you. PASH aims to preserve
your privacy at all times. Except as outlined below, we will not disclose your
personal information to, or utilize your personal information with third party
unless we are required to do so by law or we, in good faith, believe that such
action is necessary to:
- Comply with the law or with legal process
- Comply with prior permission provided by you to receive
special offers via email and/or SMS.
In this instance your information (email address and/or mobile
number) will remain totally secure and will be used internally
to send the relevant information to you.
- Protect and defend our rights and property
- Protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the PASH website and
other copyrighted materials
- Protect the personal safety or property of our customers or the
public (among other things, this means that if you provide false registration
information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you
may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions)
As with many business organizations, PASH relies on third party suppliers
to conduct certain activities such as mail-outs, credit checks, banking
services, payments processing, product delivery, internet services, data
processing, etc. If those suppliers are located overseas information may
be transferred outside of Australia. These suppliers act on behalf of PASH
and should not use any of your personal information to facilitate their
own commercial objectives. Whilst your personal information may be provided
to these suppliers, it remains the property of PASH.
3. What Is Your Information Used For?
Unless you notify us to the contrary, your information will be used to:
- Process your application to join PASH or register as a Member;
- Process payments, commissions, promotions;
- Process and fulfil your orders and deliveries;
- Organize PASH parties and promotions;
- Send you information relating to PASH and its products;
- Understand your preferences;
- Service and support your PASH consultancy or Membership;
- Generally for the purposes of the PASH business.
If we cannot utilize your personal information in this way PASH may not be able
to provide you with its products and services or pay commissions.
4. Changes to Privacy Policy
PASH reserves the right to change its privacy policy. If we decide to change
our privacy policy, we'll post those changes on the PASH website and notify you
via our usual channels of communication so you are always aware of how we use
and protect your personal information.
5. Access
In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act you may be entitled to access
the personal information PASH holds about you. You can contact PASH on info@PashParties.com.au
or in writing or by phone to make such a request. Information will only be provided
if we can verify the identity of anyone making such a request. PASH may charge
an administration fee for providing access in accordance with your request. If
you establish that the information held about you is not accurate, complete or
up to date we will correct our records as necessary.
